“The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is in walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and shops in downtown Decatur. It is very clean and well maintained. The backyard and deck were particularly lovely with all the azaleas in bloom. Nice to sit out there in the mornings and listen to the birds. Kelly was very responsive and helpful.”

“My family came down to Lake Lanier with our bass boat for a week of fishing. We had a fun time catching spotted bass all week. We plugged extension cords (150’ reaches, but 200’ would give you some slack) into the gazebo to charge the trolling motor batteries every night. The driveway is narrow and steep, but we got our trailer down there to park it by the house for the week. Other than fishing, there was so much neat stuff around. The Georgia Aquarium was worth battling the traffic to Atlanta.……

“Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). The two kitchens and outdoor cooking areas gave us plenty of room for fixing meals and eating together. There is ample room indoors for relaxing and outdoors there is space for relaxing, playing, walking around, looking at the animals (yes, beautiful birds, chickens, goats, and a tiny horse). “The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with.”
