Graz grumbles

A very well located property. However the compliments stop there. We stayed in Apartment 9 - this apartment has a faulty boiler meaning there is no warm water so there are only freezing cold showers. I have seen prior guests also complain of this. We let the managers know and they failed to address it even though they had similar feedback from prior guests. Not good enough. Also, it is inadequate to provide only a single pedestal fan given the apartment has no air conditioning. For a very small sum the owners should at least provide a fan for BOTH bedrooms.
