隔音效果差、服務態度不佳、入住時告知我因我預約時所留的信用卡有問題要我當場用刷卡機結帳、退房時又告訴我入住當天刷的卡只有授權要我在刷一次、因我有收到信用卡銀行通知付款的簡訊、所以我堅持不再刷第二次、但飯店要我簽一張付款同意書才讓我離開。

Good place to stay
Great lobby, good room and spacing. No breakfast is included which is not so good for it is not easy to find a breakfast place around. However, staying there is a pleasure!

Wonderful location. Very clean. Beautiful breakfast. The modern room did not exactly match the old hotel, but it was all very nice.

Enjoyed hotel, but was booked into a room in newly expanded area. Lighting was a major problem. Only lights were tiny, pin lights by bed and on a desk. It was a cave. Staff responded helpfully with several floor lamps, but for guest comfort, this will require remediation. Staff were exceptional, however. They help us resolve a list key issue, in addition to the lighting problems. With great staff, problems can be overcome.

Graz is much different from Vienna. This is an excellent hotel for Graz, but their sister hotel in Vienna is nicer in many respects.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is also well placed for a short walk into Graz. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but a little basic. Overall though, the Hotel Weitzer in Graz, is good hotel, and one I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Sehr schönes renoviertes Hotel in Superlage. Lediglich der sonntägliche Ansturm und das Warten auf einen Tisch im Engelreich hatte uns nicht so gut gefallen. Mit dem Restaurant Steirer sowie dem Café Weitzer im Hotel ergab sich ein ( für uns) sehr guter Hotelaufenthalt den wir sicherlich noch des Öfteren in Anspruch nehmen werden.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Graz. Leider sehr laut im Frühstücksbereich und kaum Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Leider sehr laut nachts. Das Personal an der Rezeption war meist mit sich selbst beschäftigt.
