"I recently stayed at the Grand Sierra Resort and had another excellent experience. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, everything was seamless and enjoyable. A special thank you to Jayden, who truly stood out during my stay. He was friendly, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful, making both the check-in and check-out processes quick, effortless, and stress-free! This wasn’t my first visit to the Grand Sierra Resort, and the consistently outstanding service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for. The resort also offers a convenient shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, and its location close to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport makes arriving and departing even more hassle-free. There’s no shortage of things to do at the resort, whether you’re relaxing by the pool, working out in the fitness center, enjoying one of the many dining options, or spending time at the golf driving range. I highly recommend the Grand Sierra Resort to anyone visiting Reno. Whether you’re traveling for business, a weekend getaway, or a special event, the resort offers something for everyone. I’ve always enjoyed my stays here and look forward to returning again in the future!"

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Microwaves and room service are no longer available, so that was disappointing. Most of the staff were borderline rude with the exception of one of the valet guys and a late night front desk operator."

"Once again, I got a room with a bad Keurig coffee machine. Did not work, no matter what I tried, and I like having coffee in the morning, before I check out. The last time I stayed at the Nugget, the TV was really bad, there were about 6 spots in the screen that shined real bright light, so it would hurt your eyes if you tried to watch it. The time before that, I got a TV where the sound was like someone talking through a paper towel tube. Yet, I still stay at the Nugget. I've thought about calling them to let them know the problems I have had, but don't wan to possibly get blamed for some of the things being broken. It is what it is, I guess.."
