"From arrival, Valet , bellman and registration everything went smoothly. All staff asked if they could assist us and if we have any questions. The room had an unbelievable fantastic view of Lake Tahoe surrounded by mountains. Comfortable sitting area and bed. Two clean bathrooms, perfect his and hers. On site Restaurants offered a wide selection of food that we frequently enjoyed. Also many gaming options with pleasant staff."

"The staff at the Peppermill were very accommodating. The lady that helped me get my room with bath bars and I asked if I could stay at the main part of the hotel so that I didn’t have to walk to the other part of the Hotel. She told me sure. I told her I was in Reno for a recent doctors appointment and had an injured hip. She went above and beyond to make sure I could have my room close to the main lobby. My room was comfortable, clean and the temperature was perfect with the A/C Overall I had a great stay."
