The room we stayed in was beautiful, the cleanest I think I’ve ever stayed in and it was fully stocked with soaps, coffee & even makeup wipes for my wife. Rose accommodated dietary restrictions for our breakfast no problem. The perfect place to stay for couples visiting Port Hope and looking for something a bit more special than a hotel. "the room had no windows and only one aircon in the living room area… so there was very poor ventillation. the bathroom sliding door cannot be closed as well as its stuck in the wall. During check in, i also had to announce my address, phone number and rather than writing it on a sheet of paper, when i offered to write it instead, the staff just said you can just tell me…but the reception for check in was at a packed bar… made me feel uncomfortable"
