"Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience.
Check in is done through a kiosk with no human present, just on video link. The machine takes credit cards, you sign the rental agreement on screen and it prints receipts and dispenses the room card key.
The room was clean but the smell in the room was of old cigarettes and what ever noxious chemicals they use as air freshener. there was an immediate physical reaction to this atmosphere that made it impossible for staying there.
The video interaction was minimally helpful and I checked out immediately. I must wait to see if they cancelled the reservation as I asked. I am working with Expedia for a refund since I did book through them but it is too soon to tell if that will have a positive result.
I can not recommend a stay here if you have any type of respiratory issues such as asthma, COPD, CHF< or reactive airway issues.
