「Mark is the epitome of what every good host should be. He was extremely communicative and we felt very comfortable in his home. It is absolutely perfect for small families for ski weekends or Summer adventures in the White Mountains. Mark gives great recommendations for good eats, activities, etc. so you don’t even have to think about a thing while on vacation. We will absolutely be back at one of Mark’s properties in the future. 」

「This place is not as advertised. Nothing about it is updated and the hot tub was so old the cover to it fell apart when I opened it to check the temp. There is no heat except an electric floor heater and the bed is memory foam and a sinking sink hole. The patio where the hot tub was had deep snow and ice and was not safe. Overall exceptionally bad experience. Don’t recommend. Pictures are not accurate. 」

「We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property.」

「Upon arriving at our house a representative from the rental company was in the unit doing a final inspection. She said there was a problem with the tv and wanted to make sure it worked for us! After some trouble shooting she had it working which we thought was quite nice. The home was very clean, had all amenities listed and was conveniently located to Brettonwoods Mt. 「My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed plus more, and we were actually surprised at how much storage there was. The inside had a modern appliances and a natural wood finish, great AC, WiFi, etc. The location was also awesome, just a few minutes away from several great hikes and natural waterfalls. We definitely hope to come back!」
