「Everything was perfect, except on the last day Sunday 27th july. Service at breakfast was very poor. 5 staff stood talking at reception desk at breakfast and had eaten breakfast before we ask 3 staff for coffee or tea. We waited 20 minutes before we got tea & coffee. Otherwise everything was perfect. 」

「Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno. 」

「Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable. 」

「When we arrived there was no wait at the check in all went very smoothly. We got the lift up to the 2nd floor and our room was only a couple of doors down. The room was plenty big enough, with a sea view when you looked up the street. the room was adequatly furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and vanity table. The bathroom was nicely laid out but the shower was a bit of a squeeze. Overall the room was clean, tidy and with a window that opens properly. The breakfast was self...
