"Fun place, cool decorations...loved the steakhouse"

"The hotel is great, the young man at the reception the evening I arrived was friendly and welcoming. However, the room wasn’t clean, the headboard was full of dust and the bathroom floor was full of shoe footprints. The next morning I made coffee and unfortunately I spilled it (not on purpose obviously) I cleaned it up as well as I could and as a courtesy I mentioned it to the front desk and apologized. The response I received from the manager was not what I would expect. As someone who has worked in hospitality for 15 years, my response would have been to say “thank you for letting us know” instead, she was visibly very upset and responded in an angry manner. "

"Super great staff, really friendly and willing to help out with whatever was needed, room and bathroom were very tidy and clean, only problem was that the thermostat was set to 62 all night and the thermostat let us hit the buttons and the screen on it would change the display, but it wouldn't get even a degree warmer, so we were freezing all night and struggled to take a shower with out cold it was outside of the shower. Either way, pretty great experience with only one draw back!"

"It is an older property, and has the smell of such, but rooms are clean, and it definitely served the purpose of sleep & rest! The breakfast had a lot of variety. The room I was in had a beautiful view of the mountains!"
