“I have stayed in several hotels, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I asked for a late checkout because I work night shift, I was granted a 12 pm late checkout… Housekeeping woke me up at 11, I told her I had a late checkout 20 minutes later, manager comes and knocks on the door forgetting he told me about a late checkout granted me an extra 30 minutes… Housekeeping came back at 12 and woke me up again. The amount of miscommunication and lack of respect at this hotel is……

“Let me just say Bates Motel type vibe. First off. The place looks abandoned from the outside. The driveway is miserable the signage is poor and the windows in the front of the building are broken out. If thats not enough to deter you, inside the lobby smells like theres enough potpourri to cover dead body stench. The staff didnt say hello or welcome he came out and said just my name. That shows how few people stay... he knew me by name. That was the extent of my stay. I said something came up……

“Unkept room, crumbs in the bed, dirty toilet and a heater that blows cold air... Not going back even for the low price.”

“The staff was very nice! However the room was kind of dirty. One of the beds had weird gunk splattered on it and one had a cigarette burn in the covers. The towels and Bathroom were clean though! One other thing to note is that I paid extra for the book now pay in person option and the hotel still charged my card the same day. The next day they charged me a 100 dollar deposit. The deposit is refundable and understandable but I was not warned of it prior to booking my room. It was a very hidden……
