“DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. For the week before I had to call multiple times and sent multiple unanswered text messages to the host to ask about how to check in and if a travel cot and high chair could be provided. It was only when I called Vrbo that anything ever happened to which I was told there was no check in information available until a few hours before check in. A strange policy choiceOn check in day it wasn't until I spoke to someone at Vrbo multiple times and called them……

“Owner was easy to contact and fast to respond. House is beautiful and we felt very safe. Very spacious. Close enough to walk into town and to access The Tube. ”

“This was a lovely, clean place with plenty of room. A safe neighborhood close to public transport and a short walk to a small co-op for groceries. For us, it was perfect except for one thing we didn’t check before booking. It has no Wi-Fi. This is a deal breaker for us, and we won’t stay again until this is offered in the house.”

“First impressions count don't they? On arrival we were met with a stinking bin full of rotting nappies and food waste in the yard. Front and rear gardens were weed ridden and overgrown, gate was broken, parking a nightmare. Entering the property everything appeared ok, until we had a closer look. The cream sofa in the lounge was badly stained with holes in the arm of the chair. Ceiling had water leak damage. In the kitchen, pans were burned dry, in very poor state; the frying pan was dirty with……

“The check-in process was abysmal! The code for keybox didn't work, and no one responded to my emails. When someone finally answered the phone, they couldn't provide a code that worked either. It took an entire hour before we could access the property. The house itself is nice in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. The wifi doesn't work very well in the lounge. We could only get the TV working sometimes. I would suggest the owner reviews their hosting company options.”
