「Lovely quaint little apartment. No good for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs to the second bedroom are exceptionally steep and no door on the downstairs bedroom.」

「The room was extremely dirty, dirty floor, dirty bed, dirty bathroom, dirty table and dirty kitchenette. Locks of hair everywhere, crumbs of food everywhere as well including in the bathroom and on the wall? Room was freezing at some point and the heater didn’t work. Pillows were smelling of sweat, all our towels had stain of food or hair on it and they didn’t smell good either. It was so bad that we had to ask for a hoover to clean the floor ourselves. 「Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.」
