「An amazing experience, we stayed in the Bank managers suite, complimentary prosecco on ice, roll top bath, emperors bed with egyptian cotton sheets, all of the little touches from the umbrella to the cash bags, breakfast in bed....amazing time. If you get chance, get this room. The staff are also first class, in particular Kelly, who is a credit to gotham, bright, helpful and engaging. Thank you. 」

「Hotel was very conveniently located, which was why we booked it. The hotel itself was very clean and neat. We booked triple room and sometimes they are a bit of a squash, but this wasn’t - it was very spacious. Very member of staff we interacted with was so pleasant and really went out of their way to be nice. We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was excellent and very good value ans the breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others. 」
