「Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. 「There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. "Good: many restaurants and some groceries stores nearby. Check in: the lady came out and open the entrance door with warm welcome. Fast check in. Room: spacious, there is an extra heater in the room. Quiet around the hotel area. Breakfast: average, good enough. Bad: WIFI: slow, some times, it didn't have signal and wait for a while to have a signal again. Reception: there were no any staff for a while as I was standing for a help. It happened more than once. Bedsheet: there was a hair and some marks, which were not clean enough. TV: no guideline which channels are those. I have to keep enter the numbers in order to look for news channels. I couldn't finally, so I went down to ask the reception for help. The lady was patient to help."
