“Perfect for a solo traveler needing seclusion. The property has potential to be beautiful but the main house is a bit of a junkyard. Parking needs to be laid out better and signage would be helpful. Stayed only 1 rainy night but would have loved a day to explore the surrounding bush. Enjoyed the sunken bathtub and the foam mattress was comfortable. The space heater was perfect to warm up the room. Personally I think the cost was a bit high in comparison to nicer places.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Moeraki Station. It was such a beautiful experience for us. Jane, the hostess, at all times was very quick with communicating with us and was very proactive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The house is warm and inviting. We came on a cold, windy evening and there was plenty of wood and matchsticks for our fireplace in the living room. Our kids loved watching the fire and it nicely heated the whole house.
