“The picture at the top of this survey is not the correct motel. There is no reception, the motel across the street is used. No-one was there, and it took 25 minutes to get the key. The room was very cold, as there was a huge gap between the door and the walls. The fridge froze our food solid. The stove controls did not work. There was no electric kettle/jug to boil water.”

“More concern needs to be taken about the guests. The people in the room next to us had extremely loud music that wasn't addressed until I rang reception at about 10pm. Even then the person I spoke to seemed reluctant to address this issue.”
