房間應有盡有，還算不錯。 唯二美中不足的地方就是WIfI速度太慢、冷氣太吵，其他都還算不錯

Super difficult to find. The "breakfast" needed to improve. Location is not good, although it's so called near oia, but you still have to take a long walk to the hotel. Many insects in the room but the host said mean nothing. There isn't anything else near by, except one restaurant.

The bathroom is front of the toilet and there is no barrier to prevent water from flooding the toilet area . The water outlet in the toilet area . WiFi doesn’t work with zero success .The other guests were complaining and horrible owner were saying that whole island the WiFi doesn’t work . I am a handicap and called to send some one to help with luggage and she said she can’t . We asked a stranger to help us . We arrived later in the night 9 pm .The maid came into the room at 10 am and said she needs to clean the room . We asked the owner if we can leave 12 as we came at 9 pm and she started to yell at us saying you all have to leave at 11am . This time we need the WiFi to get the next hotel address and info which the booking didn’t go through . We can’t call a taxi as well . She shouting in Greek so my daughter had to get all our luggage asap from the room. The time was 11.28 . I ask the maid to help me and she said that is not her job and disappeared . One of the guest helped us . This is a hell with WiFi/bath water running in front the toilet and rude and unhelpful owner who has zero customer care .

The property as a whole was great as well as the staff. The location was not ideal as transportation options were scarce as the location was not picked up by taxi/Uber services. The location was not close to the beaches/water or attractions, if you are looking for the “full Santorini of experience”. If you don’t mind being further away from the action and can appreciate more of a local stay accommodation, this is a great option!

Very lovely boutique hotel (our accommodation was only for one night). Hot water didn’t work very well and the bed was a bit small for two people, but overall a great place.

We loved our stay here in this cave house/hotel. The location is quiet, peaceful and walking distance to Oia Santorini. The cave house gave us the authentic feel of being a local. The house is clean and spacious. There is a convenience store located near the entrance of the village where you can buy all your basic needs for the trip, and it is also well priced. We also rented a car in Santorini and parking in Finikia was not an issue as there were two parking lot available in the area. All in all, we loved our stay in this hotel. We had a great time. Will definitely consider to go back here again in the future.

A beautiful and peaceful cave retreat.
It was a beautiful environment, peaceful and close to Finikia. I loved the cave design and it felt like a retreat to be there. Walking to Oia was easy and Sophia was super helpful with any information that I needed.

Great Inn in in a Great Location!
My husband and I stayed two nights in two different rooms (we decided to come a day early and the room we had booked for the following night was occupied), and both were spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and absolutely charming! The room we stayed in the first night had its own courtyard entrance and provided great privacy, our second night room had a lovely terrace with great views of the sweet little church across the lane and the sea in the distance. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast ready to go in the rooms' refrigerators, which meant that we could rise and eat them whenever we felt like it. Heliophos' owner, Sophia, is lovely and and has created a beautiful atmosphere. And I can't say enough about Finikia itself --- it's only a fifteen minute walk to Oia, but a world away. Oia has more spectacular views, but it's also super-overcrowded with tourists and feels somewhat unreal like Disneyland, whereas Finikia is still an authentic Greek village. My advice would be to walk into Oia for the views, but stay at Heliophos Boutique Caves in Finikia for a much more pleasant and genuine overall experience.

Got there late, was dark, the property lady got me an airport transfer, driver asked for too much$50 when we paid $30 same distance to airport on the way back, didn't tell me that i have to pay cash. Driver dropped us off away from the place, in dark we didn't know where to go. Finally got to the place after calling the person who couldn't speak English very well. The property had no air conditioning, was in the middle of nowhere for what i paid which was a lot. Breakfast was two pieces of bread, a little yogurt and tea; all that you have to make so we ate out for both days we were there. I did have one yogurt the first day, for the second day, they did not refil the yogurt or the tea. Went to tell the person/property manager about it but she was very rude and argued instead of just giving a couple tea bags and a small yogurt. Tried the what they called juice which was watered down nasty drink. No i will never stay here again and I would never recommend this place. Charge too much for a cheap nasty place with rude property manager/owner.

Llegar al lugar fue un verdadero dolor de cabeza, muy pocas personas sabían del lugar y cuando pude al fin llegar, no había ni siquiera un letrero, parecía una entrada trasera. No había nadie que me asistiera con mi maleta y para obtener la llave de mi cuarto, tuve que tocar en otra habitación y debió ser la dueña o administradora porque tenía mi llave y a pesar de que toda comunicación para la reserva, fue en inglés, todo el tiempo me habló en italiano. Al dejarle saber que no hablaba italiano tampoco hizo nada por conseguir a alguien con quien pudiera comunicarme. En las 4 noches que estuve hospedada nunca vi a nadie ni nadie paso a ver si necesitaba algo. Al final, para hacer check out, solo dejé la llave encima de la cama y la puerta abierta.

Excellent
This was the perfect hotel. Everything was wonderful and the area was cute. Love the breakfast in the refrigerator. It felt more like an Airbnb or a bread and breakfast. My only complaint was finding the place. It’s took some efforts and asking many people how to get there.

Ok hotel wouldn’t say luxury but definitely budget - good location if you want to stay in Oia without the price. The hotel had a weird smell to it and very dark considering it was a cave hotel however was clean.

Tres jolie decoration Notre sdb exigue pour les grands. Gentiment on a pu visiter l etablissement. C etait sympa. La proprietaire qui parle tres bien francais recevait ses amis sur la terrasse au dessus de nous. Leurs conversations ont ete permanentes. On s est dit que c etait le WE et que lundi tout le monde rentrerait chez soi. Mais lundi ca a continue. On avait prolongé d une nuit. On serait resté les jours suivants encore un peu mais du coup on est parti car pas moyen d avoir un pt dej ou un soir tranquille. Et le 1er jour il fallait laisser la femme de menage faire la chambre alors qu on etait là à déjeuner dehors et le dernier jour vers 10h il fallait prendre le linge car le monsieur passait ramasser le sal. Bon les vacances c est pour etre tranquille.... Les 3 restos du village venaient de fermer vers le 20 octobre. Aussi en ete je me demande où on se gare car le parking est petit et la plupart des locations etaient fermées.

Quiet and convenient
This was our first time in Santorini and we had a great experience. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures, the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We were able to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport and and to bring us back when it was time to leave. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to some good restaurants and it's an easy walk to Oia.

Charming boutique cave hotel
Beautifully setup boutique cave hotel, very spacious, with bedroom upstairs, living room & bathroom downstairs..outdoor patio table w/chairs..only minor issues were wifi signal is pretty weak, and hot water in shower is limited, but kind of to be expected on an island as small as Santorini..approx 10-15 minute walk into Oia, kind of long if you have large luggage..charming spot with small breakfast included in fridge/pantry, highly recommend overall!

Enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Heliophos Boutique Caves! We received excellent service (help with arranging transportation and an early check-in) and enjoyed our stay. It’s in a convenient location (a 10-15 minute walk from Oia), with a nearby mini-mart and a couple restaurants. I didn’t realize when booking that it’s not in Oia proper (it’s in Finikia), but this ended up not being an issue since it’s an easy and enjoyable walk. Keep in mind that the property is a little bit of a walk down from the shared parking lot on some bumpy walkways, so pack accordingly (don’t bring ginormous suitcases like we did!) or just be aware. My one complaint is a lack of space to put our luggage and clothes, as well as toiletries. We were in a smaller room (bedroom upstairs; bathroom, kitchenette, and living room downstairs) and we struggled with finding space to put our things. A simple luggage rack would have helped. Overall, it’s a lovely and unique property and we’re glad we stayed there!

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed every minute. The property itself is an event in itself, it is indeed like a little cave house. 15 minutes walk to Oia make it the perfect base to explore from. Exceptional value for money considering the price you'd pay for staying at Oia. The host is very helpful and friendly, the breakfast that was in the fridge adequate. We didn't have big suitcases, but if you have, then the 200m walk from the car park to the hotel will be a little bit of a strain. All in all, a fantastic place and highly recommended!

This hotel was very disappointing. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Room service did not replace toiletries as they ran our during the stay. The breakfast was not adequate and was overall poor. The rooms were difficult to access and required walking up and down flights of stairs. The wifi was poor.

Great room and location
The cave was great although smaller than expected. The breakfast in our fridge each morning was great and lovely to eat on our terrace. Location is excellent, just outside of Oia and only a 10 min walk. Great restaurants nearby in Finikia too. No facilities at hotel other than the room, although nice terrace area to lounge in. Owner is friendly and nice but quite hard to communicate with.

Absolutely perfect
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and even better than the photos. The location of the hotel was very ideal. An easy 10 minute walk from the center of Oía, which was perfect because it is extremely crowded during the day. Also Sofia was wonderful, and our breakfast was so good with homemade breads, jams and honey, etc. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The place is perfect spot to visit Oia. Highly recommended. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The lady and people there are very super nice. They maintain the place and keep it clean for you when you leave.Very trustworthy people. The only bad thing is it's a bit walk from the main street but it's ok the walk is worth it when you see the place. Also, you can see the sunset from the hotel. You do not need to go to Oia and be with bunch of people to watch it.

Perfect Honeymoon Spot
The hotel was beautiful and so peaceful. It was a great 10 minute walk to the famous streets of Oia, but without the craziness of all the tourists. We left like we were on our own little land. The three places to eat near the hotel were amazing and some of the best food we had in Greece. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay walking distance from Oia
Amazing hotel, couldn’t have asked for more. Far enough from Oia to feel like you aren’t there and completely different. Walkable distance to Oia and Domaine Sigalas. Would book there again if I come back.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 4 Nächte. Das Hotel ist sehr umständlich zu erreichen, wenn man nicht weiß wo man langgehen soll. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe! Wer ein bisschen Bewegungsfreiheit haben möchte wird hier an seine Grenzen kommen. Des Weiteren ist das Zimmer früh klamm und der Boden der Terrasse ist nass, weil die Sonne da früh noch nicht hin kommt. Natürlich ist es schön auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Das Frühstück wird im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt- man kann sich also nicht an einen „gedeckten Tisch“ setzen. Hat Vor- und Nachteile. Die Hotelbesitzerin Sofia ist wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend. Ebenso die Reinigunskraft. In Finikia gibt es ein sehr leckeres Restaurant- ist zu empfehlen. Oia ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch mal buchen. Es hat einiges nicht für uns gepasst.
