This hotel is great and the breakfast and cleanliness are excellent. My only observations are that it would be great to have service around the pool and the storage space in the rooms definitely needs to be looked as, most of our clothes had to stay in piles on the floor. With that said I could go back to the hotel

5 Sterne Unterkunft in allen Belangen. Hervorragender Service, perfektes housekeeping. Personal top, ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Wasser gelegen und fussläufig von der charmanten Altstadt von Rethymon entfernt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen privaten Strand, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter macht und man kann jederzeit in nahegelegene Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte laufen. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Service besonders angenehm macht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bis 11 Uhr geöffnet und bietet eine hervorragende Qualität – hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil sind die kleinen Badezimmer und der begrenzte Schrankplatz, was bei längeren Aufenthalten etwas unpraktisch sein könnte. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Hotel, das ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel.

Lovely property with a private beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes in Reythmno town. Everything is superbly clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly - they did a great job organising a day trip for us. There are three pools (two outdoor and an indoor heated one). The only drawback is that the gym is tiny and can only accommodate three people at a time, so if you are a regular user, you'll need to book slots ahead of time. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Séjour de qualité mais pb de nuisances sonores..

Superbe hôtel, personnel très sympa et efficace, nourriture variée et de qualité (buffets), animations sympa le soir jusque 22h30 environ Très belles piscines int et ext, acces direct à la plage. Parking possible en sous sol avec service de voiturier. Bref une belle découverte, gros bémol cependant sur les bruits de la rue (pause de minuit env à 6h du matln )pour les chambres standard situées ce côté... vraiment dommage, d'autant que notre demande préalable d'être au calme n'a pas été prise en compte !

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Thank you to the staff - they upgraded our room to a maisonette with a hot tub on the rooftop! We felt incredibly lucky. We had a gorgeous sea view and large lovely rooms. Everything was modern and clean. Breakfast was great - lots of options. Loved having ice frappes every morning! The beach is convenient (no need to cross a main road) just walk through hotel. The area in September was quiet but still had lots of people around. Felt very safe. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around- all in walking distance. Crete is best with a car - the parking in this hotel must be paid for so bear in mind. If you want to shop, just a 15 min drive away to old town from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return. A kettle in the room would be a plus.. Wish we had a longer stay! We had the best time. Thank you!
