We needed a place to stay while we visited our UNC students. This very cool downtown apartment close to campus was PERFECT! Even better than the pictures ! The space was very clean, bright, and comfortable. I loved the big windows and the balcony. The kitchen was better-stocked with dishes and utensils than most places we have stayed. The setup is perfect. We were so comfortable here! The hosts thought of everything! I was thankful for the designated parking spot. And the vibe of the coffee shop below only added to the atmosphere. For our future visits, if this apartment is available, I won’t even search for another place to stay. I cannot wait to return!

Great location and the coffee shop downstairs was a bonus! Very clean and you could walk to shops/restaurants.

Cousins wedding

Our stay was gooe only things we noticed was that there was no teaspoon which was weird and when we asked for them we got plastic ones. We did notice the filters needed to be changed above the tv but said they took care of that although unless they're gray filters they didn't look changed to us. When we went to go to cook we needed propane which they took care of right away the next day. The wall when you first come into the right could use a dusting lot of dust bunnies right there. Would have liked to have had a late check out which we've never had a problem with any other vrbo but they told us no because it's their busy season which is a little frustrating because we could see online that nobody was checking in till friday. Other than that it was a beautiful place.
