Summary:
Enjoy your home away from home just minutes from downtown Greeley and the University of Northern Colorado. You’ll be surrounded by whatever comes to mind from coffee shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment features an in unit washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. In addition, the community amenities are yours to enjoy as well, such as fitness center, pool, and 24 hour access to the Clubhouse!

The Space:
Enjoy our professionally managed apartment within a multifamily development in Greeley! Our home offers free WiFi, linens, blankets, pillows, and great kitchen appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and oven.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

As a friendly reminder, smoking in your unit, common areas, or on any of the apartment grounds is strictly prohibited; doing so may result in an inability for us to continue hosting you along with an additional cleaning fee of $250.

All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of $250 for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be returned should no issues occur.

Be cautious

These apartments seem like a great option. Bedrooms with their own bathrooms allow lots of convenience and privacy, but the beds are only full-sized, not really meant for 2 adults to sleep in: Some of these apts are on the 3rd floor- up 60 steps -with no elevator. Very difficult for the 76 & 84-year-old traveling with us. There is no mention of "no elevator" in the property description. Due to AC issues, we were switched from the main floor apt we had booked to a 3rd floor apt.- in which we were told the main AC wasn't working, but they had window air conditioners and fans for us. The cleanliness was not the greatest -- we found an open bag of white rice spilled on a kitchen shelf & no garbage bags.We found no window air conditioners because the main AC was "fixed" -but not keeping up in the 95 temps. The filters in the ceiling were visibly clogged. Maintenance showed up right away and in one glance he also saw they were completely clogged and replaced them. Thankfully they found us a main floor unit to stay in because the 2 older people traveling with us just would not be able to climb those stairs for our Thur-Sun stay. We were extremely grateful for the switch to a main floor unit. The 2nd main floor unit was about in the same state of cleanliness as the 3rd floor. The unit had a Keurig machine & Nespresso pods, & coffee/filter pouches for a drip coffee maker, but no maker. It took an entire day to get a coffee maker delivered - which we really appreciated.

This was NOT best vacation stay to experience. Cleaning crew arrived @ 4pm. Time we arrived to begin our vacation. We had to leave for 2 hours while cleaning crew cleaned. This matter should had been completed before guest arrival time. Next day morning, power was lost for 24hrs plus. This matter, simply made vacation go horrible!

It was ok

From looking at the booklet about the property, saying what’s in the room, their were no extra towels, no iron, no hair dryers, no dish cloths to wipe down the counters or table, only one trash bag, no trash cans in the bathrooms, a chalk line of something on l the living room floor (shows it wasn’t cleaned), towel bars were very loose, but it was close to where we needed to be.

Our unit was very clean and everything worked great! Other people we traveled with had issues with their unit so beware of which unit selected.. location was okay, nice private parking area behind buildings and pool area.
