Be cautious
These apartments seem like a great option. Bedrooms with their own bathrooms allow lots of convenience and privacy, but the beds are only full-sized, not really meant for 2 adults to sleep in: Some of these apts are on the 3rd floor- up 60 steps -with no elevator. Very difficult for the 76 & 84-year-old traveling with us. There is no mention of "no elevator" in the property description. Due to AC issues, we were switched from the main floor apt we had booked to a 3rd floor apt.- in which we were told the main AC wasn't working, but they had window air conditioners and fans for us. The cleanliness was not the greatest -- we found an open bag of white rice spilled on a kitchen shelf & no garbage bags.We found no window air conditioners because the main AC was "fixed" -but not keeping up in the 95 temps. The filters in the ceiling were visibly clogged. Maintenance showed up right away and in one glance he also saw they were completely clogged and replaced them. Thankfully they found us a main floor unit to stay in because the 2 older people traveling with us just would not be able to climb those stairs for our Thur-Sun stay. We were extremely grateful for the switch to a main floor unit. The 2nd main floor unit was about in the same state of cleanliness as the 3rd floor. The unit had a Keurig machine & Nespresso pods, & coffee/filter pouches for a drip coffee maker, but no maker. It took an entire day to get a coffee maker delivered - which we really appreciated.
