「This was the PERFECT location for my husband's 50th birthday with 5 couples. The house had rooms for all of us and it's clean and beautiful. The ocean view from almost every window is spectacular. It was the perfect location to enjoy the beach, watch surfers, go to Ocean Mist and Boone Street and hang out in Newport at night. I highly recommend and Im very picky!」

「Extremely friendly and communicative host. Family was visiting from out of the country and it was basically perfect to accommodate 4 couples. Loved how it was two stories with two kitchens. Especially loved the outdoor firepit (firewood provided wow), string lights, and quiet/safe neighborhood. Grill was a bit dirty and there was no more aluminum foil so we had to go out and buy but wasn't a dealbreaker in any way. Would choose to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself 5/5. 」

「Everything was amazing! Perfect little cottage with a very peaceful view. Hot tub was great on our chilly nights and was even better in the rain! There were some k-cups and shelf creamer, random condiments in the fridge and random cooking supplies in the cabinets. Plenty of pots and pans and the fridge was very clean. We love rentals with random kitchen stuff cause who wants to bring/buy ketchup and maple syrup for a long weekend? Plenty of pillows and blankets around but the beds had 3 layers...
