The room update is very good. I had stayed here a few years ago before the renovation -- now it is much nicer. Thoughtful touches throughout: good coffee pods for the in-room coffee, and all day hot water for tea downstairs, and a small refrigerator in the room. Bed mattress could be firmer, but it was okay. I did not rent a car this time so it was convenient that the restaurant is downstairs. Rooms are very clean, with a pleasant, modern styling. . All in all, a clean, quiet, comfortable base during my trip. "

"Customer service was awesome. Of going to Chicago I recommend taking the hotel shuttle back to the airport and grabbing the train from there."

"Air conditioning was good, shower was clean, free parking, 10$ for early check in. “Cafeteria” had a microwave, however when we were using it saw a cockroach so don’t go if you have a fear of pests. Overall not bad for price. They also have a good ice machine and some vending machines."

"This hotel is really close to Ohare airport (less than 2 miles) -- although they didn't have a shuttle running when we stayed, but you could see minivans parked outside. There is a giant Tesla supercharger outside, and even more EV chargers on the other side (non-Tesla). There's a McDonalds, Popeyes, and Dunkin right there too. For just the supercharger, I would stay here again and again. The hotel breakfast is pretty standard (I would rather eat at McDs), but again, I'm paying for convenience. The rooms were nice and I had no problems at all. "
