Bed was comfy. No snack box. If you’re looking for a jacuzzi room don’t choose this one. Personally I like the ambiance for that. My mistake trying this one but the other updated rooms are okay in my experience. I was super disappointed upon arrival and didn’t use the jacuzzi smh it just wasn’t appealing.

Honestly, for what it was, it wasn’t terrible, just not enjoyable. I had individuals arguing outside of my room, and a pungent odor of weed was persistent throughout my stay. All in all, you couldn’t give me a free stay to come back. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge, but that’s understandable. Front desk attendants were great when needed.

When arriving, we were immediately told to use a kiosk with a person on a screen, even though there was a front desk agent. Hated that. Immediately made me never want to stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

Upon arrival, and checking in to hotel room, had no issues at all. Any staff I’ve come across were polite. Room was all clean, had amenities (that was more than just towels), utilities worked and is bug free. I did enjoy my week stay, and hope any future travelers have a similar experience as well.

Our stay was disappointing. Check-in was very frustrating because the automated kiosk repeatedly lost its network connection, and we could not hear the person assisting us, nor could they hear us. After a long wait, someone finally came to the front desk and helped us. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom door would not close properly, and the A/C was quite noisy. Overall, there were too many issues for a comfortable stay, and based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a place that I would never go back to ever again. It did have a clean bed and the shower worked, but that's about it. The floor was dirty and the toilet seat popped off when you sat on it. During the middle of the night, somebody pounded on our door and said that they were abandoned and left in poverty. We told them to go away, which they did, but it was scary. They don't have anybody working the front desk, you can tell it's a remote out of the country person on a video screen. If you're looking to save money and just a bed to sleep in, then it'll work but beyond that, you're not going to get any additional normal hotel perks.
