「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic. The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken. To make matters worse,...

「位置方便，地方寧靜舒適；可惜沒有提供洗衫設備，只提供幹洗服務」

「Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. It is an easy 10-15 walk to main shopping area of Williamstown and less than 1 minute to the waters edge. There was plenty of on street parking available when we stayed. We had a twin room which was roomy, with desk...

「Excellent service. Studio looked newly renovated and was exceptionally clean and spacious.」

「A good hotel located a slient place near the CBD.」

「Good budget place. Perfectly fine for what it claims to be and what it is.」

「Near the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Had a great time there!」

「Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. 」

「有一天房間整理，竟然只整理了一半，枕頭完全沒有放回去床上。」

「The apartment itself was clean, conveniently located and good value. Unfortunately, the management experience was dreadful. Before arrival, we were bombarded with emails about rules, deposits and payments: $X for this deposit, $X parking fee and $X for that deposit, top of the booking. Yet my request for a high-floor room with a nice view received virtually no response. I proactively arranged parking, even providing vehicle details in advance. Despite this, the car wouldn’t fit. On arrival, we...
