“客戶訂3人加床及付額外床位費，結果衹作2人處理。接待處職員沒按時上班，也沒留意峉戶需要，客服不合格。不過，賓館位置算適中，接近火車站及超市食肆，附近環境清潔舒適; 但作為賓館似乎設施欠缺例如杯碟食具。

“There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing.
A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room.
Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point.
I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic.
The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken.
To make matters worse,……

“Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. ”

“Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. It is an easy 10-15 walk to main shopping area of Williamstown and less than 1 minute to the waters edge. There was plenty of on street parking available when we stayed.
We had a twin room which was roomy, with desk……
