Handicap person lifts inop at the pool and spa. Cool and spa were clean and nice handrails and steps safe. Elderly mother able to enjoy spa first time in six years with assistance. Weird light switch didn't work anything in the room otherwise room was clean and nice bed extra soft I like a firmer bed. We got there about 10:30 with car problems along the way. Kids were excited about the pool and hot tub. Front desk was nice enough to see their excitement and let us stay past 11. Nice variety of food for breakfast, just wish it would be more then just 2 hours from 7-9. Beds were surprisingly comfortable

The room stank. The towels were discolored and gray. The air conditioning could not be turned off and was noisy. The staff was—in parts—very friendly, and in parts—unfriendly.Dead flies on the windowsill. In our view, the price was completely unreasonable. It would have been better to pay $30 more and stay at the neighboring hotel—the Comfort Inn—which belongs to the same owner(to the best of our knowledge), or to stay at a well-known motel chain for about half the price, presumably for the same quality.

We stayed four days & did not have reliable hot water for showers. We reported it numerous times without a fix. It was suggested we use the hot tub. The bath towels were very stiff & scratchy. We would definitely not stay there again!
