"Only thing good was one staff person. Pictures are very misleading, there’s no lamps in the rooms had roaches and the heater was either on or off so we just sweated all night. $60 deposit they don’t disclose until you get there. All around go to Super 8"

"Everything was perfect! The staff was wonderful even when the same perfect person checked us in at night and then she was there the next morning as perfect as the night before. Clean room and loved the direct access to outside(bonus). "

"Everything went smooth. It always does best hotel in central city. I will never stay anywhere else. They care about you here and want your stay to be a good as possible. They always have to give us extra pillows because of the tiny pillows but they always step up. Whatever we need they are always so courteous. Best hotel award BW"
