「Stayed here once before. Older building but location is GREAT for Broadway and shopping restaurants. The units that I have stayed in are super cute. Pool did its job we went both days we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Communication with my host was great. Thank you Tim ! We were lost locating it at first and we were in the other 8th street 😳」

「I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good.」

「The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.」

「Amy was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. her condo is very clean. Comfy beds. Had all the amenities we needed. All the appliances worked great. Very relaxing stay. We used uber to get to nashville just a few min drive worked great for us. We stayed 3 nights and felt very secure and safe. Quiet neighborhood. You have a very lovely place!」

「We enjoyed staying at your condo, it was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely recommend your place to others that are heading to Nashville. The condo was close enough to Nashville, that the ride was 10 minutes or less, but far enough to get the peace and quiet. If we go back to Nashville, we would definitely stay there again.」

「We enjoyed staying very much. Great location for CMA FEST. A few more towels and dish towels would be helpful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Also had cleaning items including dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. We were comfortable in the beds. Definitely will stay again.」

「Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!」
