“We had a quick one-night stay at this lovely downtown apartment loft. It is very clean & cute and had everything we could have needed. Our kids were excited to stay in a "luxury loft" b/c we usually stay in cabins on our way back from the Outer Banks. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants & shops, and a short drive to the Johnson City Doughboys baseball stadium, which was fun! “Perfect placement in the neighborhood. Allowed to walk around to ship, get food, get drink, experience the park. Easy access to other areas of town. The apartment was perfect for a family, everyone had their own space and dual bathrooms were a must. We would live at this apartment full time if we could.”

“Loved this downstairs apartment, as it was clean, well furnished and had a nice deck for hanging out. The kitchen also had everything we needed for some meals. I would definitely stay here again. The only slight negative is that the WiFi is slow, but that’s not what you’re in the mountains for anyway!”

“This small apartment met our needs for our stay during our recent mission trip to Johnson City. Booking process was simple. The apartment was easily accessible by a flight of stairs. “Conveniently located. Clean. Well equipped and surprisingly quiet despite being near I-26. Super cute. The property manger is very responsive especially if anything comes up. While this property isn’t quite as nice as one of their other ones I stayed in during a past visit, it is definitely above average for the price. “I can’t say enough good things about the property and the hosts… beautiful views, plenty of lake access and convenient location to all of the nearby attractions. And to hear the wolves at night was a special treat! Highly recommend and will be returning again and again… be sure to give Red and Xena plenty of loving!”

“Our host was top notch and we loved the free snacks.I would make one communication recommendation. There was a min-fridge in our room and we just assumed it was on. In fact it was plugged into a power strip and we realized too late that the power strip, while plugged in was turned off. Guests need to know accordingly.”

“This rental had all the needed amenities.It is comfortable but lacks a bit of charm.Overall a nice place and great location.”
