"they rented out the room while still in construction! The aircondition was stuck on cooling and the room was cold and we couldn’t get the airconditioner to go on a heat mode, also the shower had no door!!! So all water would splash out, so couldn’t take shower, it’s a clean place but I don’t know ..."

"Terrible stay; someone was knocking on doors on my floor through the night, I tried contating the front desk multiple times, they told me to just call the police. Someone tried to get into my room (solo female traveller at 4am). I eventually did have to try to call the police - just to find the phone ..."
