The property and staff are great, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The only downside is that the free breakfast is very minimal.

This property is really nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and attentive. Our suite was very clean and modern as well.

We liked this hotel very much. The room was very nice and clean. It had a good breakfast and good variety. The only draw back was the pool was closed at the time

Amazing stay, beautiful rooms with ample space, comfortable beds and plenty of mirrors and seating. Only downside was housekeeping knocking on door before 10 and then again at 11 to check on when we were leaving. Felt a little rushed.

It was very comfortably as usual. We have been back before & enjoyed our stay. The only thing is, you could use a little more lighting. Elderly folks like us, had a little trouble seeing. We would rate our experience @ 5 stars.

They pump so much floral scent into their air conditioner it is over bearing. By the time we finished checking in it was in my throat, my nose, and I could taste it. Even worse in the morning coming off the elevator when it overpowered the smell of fresh made breakfast. NOT NEEDED!! Take it out. Any sensitivity to smell or allergies do not stay here.

We booked this room because the hotel was near the airport and we had an early flight on a Sunday morning. I called twice to verify that the hotel had shuttle service to the airport and that we could leave our car parked there for the 10 days that we would be gone. I talked to the same young lady (Bailey) both times. Both times I asked specifically about the shuttle service and was told that they did. But when we got there to check in we were told that their shuttle only ran M-F from 9-5! We ended up having to drive ourselves over to the airport the next morning and had to pay an add'l $100 for parking in addition to the $188 we had to pay for the room. Even though I booked the room thru Expedia, I feel we should be compensated for the expense of the extra $100 for parking at the airport since we were misinformed about the shuttle.

Teri, Thank you for your recent stay and review. The front desk agent is correct as we do have shuttle service and it is on our website and the expedia website for hours and operations. Shuttle service needs to be booked in advance but does run Monday- Friday 9 am til 5 pm . We apologies if this caused any inconviences we do inform our guests that if you need a ride past those hours Lyft is the best option in our area. It cost on average 15. Again thank you for staying with us and again all hotel information is on the website for future reference.
The location of the hotel was ideal in and looked good as well as true to the pictures displayed. From the hotel to the rooms.
