Amazing Lake House

Wonderful home in great location. Huge lot with lots of water frontage to enjoy. Owner was fantastic and assisted at every turn! Bravo! Will definitely stay again...

Month of Christmas 2018

Lot on lake was beautiful. Cabin was cute and quaint, but not very well maintained. Much needed pressure washing outside. Spiderwebs, dirty vents, etc. owner had plenty of towels and linens and bed was comfortable, but chairs in living room were very old and uncomfortable. Dryer heat went out. Spent last 10 days without a dryer. Old microwave went out. Owner did bring us a microwave that we could “make do” with. We stayed gone a lot visiting family and friends, so we were able to make do. Would probably not go back.

Just Right

Our idea for this get away was peace and quiet time by the lake away from the city. This cabin on the lake was just that. We got we wanted. To be able to sit on the dock to just read and soak up the atmosphere. The cabin itself was just right. We felt comfortable all round.

Great Lake house.

We had a great time. I loved the cottage and especially the area outside, it’s where we spent most of the time swimming, fishing, boating and around the fire pit in the evening. And we went to Oconee village couple of times for dinner and groceries- it’s about 15-18 minutes away. I really had a nice and relaxing getaway. Thank you, Terry.

Very clean, modern and so relaxing.

My fishing buddy and I and I stayed for 3 nights, the fish were not biting, but we enjoyed every minute. Now, my wife says, she wants to go too. Great cottage on a large flat lot, very reasonable rate.

Nice Cottage by the Lake

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this cute cottage by Lake Oconee. Terrie, the owner was very nice and accommodating. He made sure that we got everything that we needed. Cottage is clean, fresh sheets, dust free environment and a full kitchen. Fishing rods were available for us to use, thus we had a great time fishing at the dock. We also used the paddle boat to enjoy the water for a few hours. We made a bonfire by the lakeside towards the evening. Overall it was a really relaxing weekend with my family. We will definitely keep going back to this place!

Nice cottage! Wonderful people to work with!

We enjoyed our time even with the overshadowing of Irma! She left a lot of debris and no electricity for about 27 hours but we were happy to be there! Terry is great!

great place to relax

terry the owner is very nice and helpful , the cottage looked great and felt like home . the dock was very nice and we caught catfish and sunfish and cleaned them at the cleaning station that is at the end of the deck of the cottage . we took our boat and caught lots of fish . had grilled salmon on the grill that was provided. this is a very nice place that Mr. terry has if you want to relax , fish, sunbathe, swim, or bring the kids and feel secure and have fun this is the place.

Adorable cabin in a great location!

Cabin was very clean and everything we needed during our stay was provided. Location was amazing, tucked into a quiet cove but also able to get to Gaby's at Reynolds Plantation (by boat) in a matter of minutes. Huge yard and a private dock with a paddle boat provided by the owner, Terry. He was great and very helpful when I had some trouble booking the cabin online. I have no complaints and definitely recommend this cabin to someone needing a nice getaway. Hope to be back again soon!

Perfect spot for the Masters

Halfway between Atlanta and Augusta, this place was perfect. My dad and I spent three nights here - close to Reynolds Plantation, tons of golf, bars restaurants within 15 minutes, under 1.5 hours to Augusta. Great TV, wifi, and nothing beats drinking cold beers while sitting on the dock overlooking Lake Oconee. I highly recommend staying here.

Such a peaceful, quiet cottage with a beautiful lake view!!

The cottage was clean and comfortable with everything one would expect or need at home, including the kitchen and outdoors. Sitting on the dock listening to the neighbor's waterfall, watching the fish jump and herons fly overhead while we breathed such clean air made for an awesome time. The paddle boat was so much fun and the outdoor furniture was comfy. The owner was very kind and accommodating which only added to the overall relaxing mini vacation. We can't wait to go back again soon!!

Wonderful, Peaceful Cabin!

My friend and I went to this cabin looking for a quiet retreat to work on our books, and it was absolutely perfect! The cabin was nice and well-equipped for cooking, and we absolutely loved sitting on the back deck and out on the dock during breaks. We even saw a couple of deer in the yard two nights in a row! The area was peaceful and quiet and beautiful. Just what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

So relaxing!!

We really enjoyed outdoor living in such a peaceful and quiet location. The house was perfect for our family of four; it was stocked well beyond my expectations. We had fresh fish we caught from our own boat, ate s'mores around the campfire, took walks along quiet streets, played yard games, and peddled the paddle boat up and down the cove. We saw plenty of deer and ducks; the sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. It was the lake vacation our family will remember!!
