Did not have a blow dryer in the room it had no extra tissue paper and I had no Kleenex, but the bed was comfortable very soft. Slept good. There was a loud music playing at the other motel there and you couldn’t even hear it inside that was great.

No coffee pot or ice bucket in room. Key card didn't work on 2 separate nights. Breakfast was all but none existent, there might have been enough eggs for about 2 ppl. If you needed someone at the front desk, you had to call the hotel number from your phone while standing at the front desk.

Dont expect fast service at the front desk your going to have to call the hotel to get anyone to the front desk but rooms are ok for the price i guess

At first they didn’t have my reservation. The guy at the desk was hard to understand, and had a hard time understanding me as well. The lobby and hallways were dirty, there were no pillows in the room and there were cobwebs in the corners. …the bed was comfy though!

Our room was falling apart. The security latch was very loose. The dead bolt did not engage. The dust around the edges of the room and bathroom was nearly half an inch thick. We were in room 120 and in room 121 they were renovating until 1AM! Breakfast was late. I had to search out my own syrup. Signs for displays were written on copy paper and were very sloppy. They only provided 2 towels in the room and 1 wash cloth. I walked down to the desk and asked for 3 more and 2 wash cloths. Only received 2 additional towels.

Female at the front desk wasnt very friendly upin ch3ck in. I guess nowadays asking for an extra towel is something that doesn't happen- i wanted to shower and as a larger person I wanted an extra towel apparently you have to swap towels. I'm asking for an extra one so obviously I can't swap. So apparently the answer was no. I had to use the towel i had for the floor. The floor was filthy so when i turned it the rep asked me "what happened to it"? Really? I told her the rag was used on the floor-as l requestesd and extra one but the request was denied This location needs to initiate bug/pest control. Staff is never at the desk. I wouldn't retun to this location or recommend. The price was decent and thats about it. Vending machine empty which isnt their fault but pointless to have if its empty

Hotel is run down. The paint job is super sloppy and was sprayed over the toilet paper holder, trim, doors, everywhere. The bathroom was barely clean, there was mold in the a/c vents, and the bed is cheaply made (the metal made a banging noise just sitting in the bed). The breakfast was sub par. They use a reusable waffle mix cup that was a mess from other guests. The bananas were half rotten. I arrived late and there were kids running down the halls being noisy. I am not super picky but it’s obvious they cut a lot of corners at this hotel. Would not recommend.

I rang for check-in and no answer. Found the manager in the hallway instructing a worker. The check-in itself fine. Manager escorted me to our room and was followed in by another male employee. Intimidating to a single woman. Because of the poor quality of our stay as described below, I am requesting a refund of our fee. The first bed in the room had a soft mattress and an overly large mattress pad which caused me to slide and fall off the bed hitting my chest on the corner of the nightstand causing a large bruise. As a pacemaker patient, I was concerned for my health. As a senior citizen with bad legs, I was left in an embarrassing situation even in front of my husband of 60 years. There was only 1 bath towel each and no hand towels, bathmat or facecloths. Will I stay again? DEFINATELY NOT without significant improvements and notification of such.

Used retainers in my nightstand, pubes on an empty shampoo bottle, pool was closed and in construction. Probably for a while. If anyone wanted to swim. Breakfast basic. Comfort average. Not bad. Could be cheaper.
