“Everything was great except there was no air conditioning. When I called to ask about it, I was told there was no air conditioning due to the boiler being turned off at this time of year. It was 80+ degrees outside, thermostat read 78 in our room. Much too warm for my indoor comfort. Made sleeping, showering, and getting dressed and ready for the day difficult due to being too hot and sweating.”

“The subtle elegance is timeless and allows the guests to appreciate the historic value of this beautiful hotel. The spa-like bath products are much appreciated and worth shopping online to add to a home guest bath for a luxury feel. Greenville downtown area has much to offer in dining and with easy walking. We enjoyed a show at Bon Secours Convention Center and the drive to park and walk to show was seamless. From staff to the locals, the friendliness and warm welcome is what will keep you……

“First of all, the store didn't let me stay, and I didn't want a refund. Second: I was not allowed to go upstairs. Third: Expedia customer service only has intelligent customer service. It said that it would be communicated for two hours, and I waited downstairs for three hours. As a result, I changed to another hotel.”
