What a gem. Absolutely loved our stay!

Very cozy, comfortable house, beautiful views of Lily Bay, peaceful and private. We rented kayaks and used them throughut each day right from shore of property. Not too far from town.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. Our only issue was the mattress need to be changed out for real mattresses. The lockbox needs to be changed so it is easier to get in.

Quiet lakefront

This cabin was exactly right for 2 adults plus our Lab for a short autumn getaway. Cozy and comfortable when we got the gas fireplace going. Well stocked with the essentials, very clean, cute cabin decor, easy check in, TV and wi-fi were adequate. Close to Greenville, also some logging trails to look for moose, and hiking trails. But the best feature was the property. Well maintained, beautiful bay front with a gorgeous view and hidden path to a small point. Our Lab had so much fun diving off the dock and swimming, and running and fetching all over the yard. A very peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

What a perfect spot

Five of us stayed here for four days enjoying all the autumn Maine woods has to offer. We even experienced a severe rain storm dumping a few inches of rain in less that 24 hrs. Great cabin in a beautiful part of Moosehead Lake. Happy it was available to us. We will be back!

A Great Getaway

We had the most relaxing and amazing time at Loon Song. It was so nice to wake up to see the sun over the lake and watch it set in the evening. The home had everything we needed and we hated to have to leave. We hope to come back again!

Outstanding Property

When rented with adjoining property Moose Dance this house provides overflow accommodations for our family vacation. This house is small but maintained impeccably, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor areas are incredible for family fun, outdoor activities and incredible sunsets!

Honestly I thought about being selfish and not leaving a review because this place really is a hidden gem . If your need to get away and just be still this is the place. But at the same time if you want adventure you got that too. I loved it and appreciate the owners sharing their place on Beautiful Lily Bay.

So much more than I expected!

Fantastic stay. The views were amazing, and there were plenty of activities for the kids. Even the dogs enjoyed romping on the premises. The cabin itself was immaculate and super cozy. Make sure you have a Wi-Fi Hotspot if you need the internet, but the surroundings are so scenic that you may want to skip that anyway. We would definitely come back again!

Loon song is a sweet little cabin, exactly what we expected. Lovely views and comfortable accommodations. We would definitely stay again! The place was very clean except the dishes, every glass, plate piece of silverware had to be washed before we used them. A small price to pay. Clearly the previous renters did a very poor job cleaning up after themselves. Cleaning service might want to check because it was really pretty bad. Our only other disappointment was check out time. We felt it should be noon, for the price of our weekend we felt robbed of our Sunday morning. Only other problem was I specifically called and spoke with Vacasa about WiFi and was to that there was Wi-Fi, there is not! We made due since service was available, but frustrated we didn't get accurate information.

Exactly what we needed

We wanted to have a weekend getaway with our son for his birthday. He’s a college student in Maine and brought a friend with ice fishing gear. We really enjoyed ourselves and this VRBO was exactly what we needed. We went to a nearby pond, we didn'tfish on Moosehead Lake.

Great location and easy to find, close to the snowmobile trails. It was nice to get to the cabin and see the gas stove running and nice and warm. Nice clean cabin, lots of room for the family. Thanks
