The landscaping of the property is outstanding. The building itself could use an upgrade, it's not bad but normal the outer appearance you expect from a Hampton Inn. rooms were very nice, but you have to request housekeeping service if you stay multiple days. Breakfast was ok but not what i have experienced at other Hampton Inns. The Pool, workout rooms etc., very nice. I would not hesitate in staying there again.

The only bad thing about it was the air conditioner in the rooms was very loud and noisy, and their elevators were acting like they were getting ready to shut down very very sketchy elevators they get the elevators fixed and fix those loud air conditioners in those rooms. The property will be A1.

There was some kind of stain on the bed skirt and trash under the bed, also the mattress sagged in the middle resulting in my wife any I sleeping side by side in a king size mattress. There was 3 carpenter screws holding the window molding up . It wasn’t terrible but definitely should have been better for the price.

The breakfast was good, they're were a lot of options. The staff were prompt at replacing things like towels. Overall very clean and clean smelling. The lady at the front desk was very kind and patient with us.

I reserved this hotel because of the swimming pool and breakfast. Our stay was 2 days but the pool was temporarily closed. What a big disappointment! The breakfast was a continental breakfast. That was a big disappointment too. The staff was excellent and great customer service.

Breakfast could have been better but it was complimentary. The rugs or place smells likes urine. They need to change them or do a deep cleaning. My first room refrigerator wasn’t working and was leaking water but they changed my room right away. My blinds did not roll up so that I could get sunlight in my room.

Their elevator is a death trap. We were trapped in the elevator for some minutes. Only one lady was on duty and she couldn’t of any help. We were using the stairs because of this incident. The hotel management knew about this elevator being bad but they wanted customers to continue to manage it. Sad!

We traveled to Kinston to visit family and we were not disappointed with our choice of hotel. The room was clean, staff is friendly and breakfast was good.

I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of this property. On arrival the front desk was empty for at least 20 minutes while I waited to check in. My linens were dirty and the carpet was musty and stained. I asked for clean linens and was handed sheets. I remade my bed leaving the dirty linens on the floor. The front desk will tell you they do not clean your room at all expect by request, even though I had a 5 day stay. On the third day I asked for my room to be cleaned. When I came back they had placed the dirty linens from the floor back on my bed and called that clean. I attempted to get some sort of response and did not. I remade my own bed and placed the dirty linens back on the floor. I will never stay at this location again.
