“When we got there around 10pm and got our key, the room was still obviously being used by someone, the tv was on and it was a mess. The front desk lady was very helpful and sweet about getting us a new room though. But, there were dead roaches and spiders in our room and it felt kinda gross. You get what you pay for i guess”

“We went on a 12 day road trip. This was by far the worse hotel on the trip. We had no choice because there was a big game in Tallahassee. We got in late, and left early. We were glad to get away. We were also glad to say goodbye to the cockroaches.”

“I booked a room online and paid with a card at that time. There were instructions as well as an email sent to me which include check in times/office hours until 10 pm. We got there about 20 minutes before 10 pm to find the office locked. On the door, a piece of paper where the office hours had been altered by scribbling out "10pm" with a sharpie and replacing it with "9pm."”
