Very clean and well maintained. Parking lot was well lit and spotless. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet. It’s an older motel, no frills, but you can tell the owner takes pride in it. The gentleman that checked me in and out was super nice. No coffee pot in room, just mini fridge and microwave so I brought some instant coffee. The owner said I could bring my own coffee maker if I wanted to. I will definitely be staying there again. Also, no pool but a great place to stay otherwise.

It does what it supposed to do. Clean and located where it supposed to be. I had a pleasure to meet the owner - he makes this business going and takes responsibility for it (including the maid services). Good luck and definitely better than most Hiltons that I stayed in!

Everything was great ! Rooms have been remodeled and are tastefully done . Extremely clean and comfortable . The rates are quite a bargain . Would definitely recommend and will stay there again in the future .

We've stayed here several times and it's always clean and they have awesome rates. The Beds are more comfortable than some places I've stayed at and paid 3 times what I did at Royal. The Owner is absolutely outstanding he makes sure that everything is acceptable and helpful with knowledge of the area. Trust me if you are Driving past it because it's not a Big Motel chain, you are making a mistake! Sure the furniture is dated but very clean and in good shape. Huge parking lot if you are pulling a trailer or boat. Give them a Try the next time you are in Perry.

This Motel is located in the beautiful small town Perry, FL. The property is immaculately maintained. All of the rooms are updated including luxury flooring. The A/C blows super cold and comes with a remote control, so you can adjust it with ease even in the middle of the night without having to get out of bed. The cable tv has all of the most popular channels and the wi-fi is powerful and consistent enough to stream anything you desire. They have signal boosters in various spots around the property to insure a tech friendly experience. I have the MLB package and I was able to watch my game last night on my laptop with no interruption. The owner is welcoming and personable and happy to do whatever it takes to make you feel like you are visiting your home away from home. This was one of the best stays I've ever had. Thank you Mr. V!

No amenities at this motel; reminiscent of 1970s; every TV channel with commercials (no streaming or HBO; no in-room coffee); bathroom like 1950s. The air-conditioner kept blasting on and off, really loud, making sleep impossible. Other than clean, which it was, a motel to avoid.

Motel is obviously very old. Room was clean enough, no coffee at all offered or available. Ice machine was kept outside and when we went to leave and got ice out of it there was a roach in one of the ice cubes.

We had a good stay at Royal Inn Motel. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The parking lot was extremely well lit. We will stay here again if we’re in the area.

We were looking for a place to spend the night. We just needed a place to stay. A few months ago, we had heard about the motel and it was recommended for its proximity to Walmart, fast food areas, and especially because the rooms were very clean. We took a chance and weren't disappointed. It's a 2-minute drive to Walmart and other small shops. The room was very cozy, clean, and perfect for a good night's sleep. Check-in was quick and easy. I recommend staying at the motel and will most likely book with them again in the future.
