“The apartment was easy to locate, the off-street parking was spacious, and the host responded to questions quickly.”

“This vacation rental was not up to our standards especially when compared to the several VRBO places we have stayed at across the country during our travels over the last decade. The smoke detectors in each bedroom were sitting on tables and were not mounted on or near the ceiling. This is not up to code.On two different occasions we had two different smoke detectors chirping as the batteries were going dead. We had to remove the batteries in order to sleep. No central air. “An outstanding rental, we stayed six nights and loved the location. Had a lovely pond next door with walking/running path.”

“There was leak from upstairs the day before but they had cleaned it all up except for a really sticky floor. Traffic was load but a great location. Tricky getting the garage pass with no parking in front. I recommend indications for pulling around the corner and running in for the parking pass.”

“The property is very clean, recently updated and had more than enough room for the four of us staying. There was even an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds we didn't need. The neighborhood was super quiet and perfect to come back to after long days of adventure in the area.”

“We were in town for a wedding at Hotel DuPont. The proximity to the hotel was amazing! The apartment was cozy and clean. Felt very safe and loved that you needed a code just to enter the main door at the entrance to the building. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions. Having free parking was also a huge plus!! Definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in town.”

“Beautiful space and excellent hosts! Super close to State Street/downtown Kennett Square. Home was exactly as listed- we especially loved the gorgeous kitchen!”

“The property and house were so cute. You can see the time and effort that is taken to make it cozy. Fresh mums inside and out. The decor was perfect for the vintage house. Spotless by the way. Extra things everywhere! Sound machine, paper towels, tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, fans, a/c... almost anything you are looking for. Our host was super nice and timely responded to all inquiries. Great information upfront! So many things to do and see just a short distance. I hope we get to go back!”

“Linda's home is perfect for family traveling! Everything you need for cooking, washing, and just enjoying. The back yard and Patio were awesome for Thunderstorm watching. We'll be back !”

“The townhome was exactly as pictured, and was well stocked!”

“Nice, unique property. Well equipped. Would be great for a large group.”

“A truly lovely place, really so comfortable, and only a few minutes from the heart of Kennett Square. This is a great stay near many wonderful spots to enjoy in the area. Host was very responsive and helpful!”

“Excellent rental walking distance to shops and restaurants. House was roomy and had everything we needed for a great stay. Fenced in yard for the pup was a great surprise!”

“Beautiful, peaceful spot perfect for 1-2 guests. The hosts were great at communicating and the price was very reasonable!”

“Home away from home”

“Property needs a good cleaning & updated. There were broken blinds, a broken faucet handle, also a broken storm door handle, not to mention broken gate on deck. The host was nice though & was able to answer any questions that I may have had. Overall it’s a nice place & served its purpose for what I needed it for.”

“This was perfect for our week stay in Kenneth Square. The property is just as described and all the photos accurate. It was well stocked and then some! We appreciated the air conditioning as it was summertime and we live in a cooler climate. The neighborhood is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and even an awesome library.”
