"This is a good, clean room with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. It was also nice and quiet. Exactly what I expected at a small town in far northern California. With all the taxes and fees, it came to $148.51 - more than I wanted to spend but that's how expensive things are these days. So I give it 4 stars."

"This is a really cool house on a wonderfully scenic property. Pam was great to deal with, and was really helpful in many ways, including suggestions for things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our week there."

"We stopped through picking up our daughters horse from the USF corrals. Check in was easy and quick, breakfast wasn’t great, staff so nice a helpful! Clean, the TV was malfunctioning but we barely watched TV. If we ever had to go up again we would stay again."
