"Very friendly staff who were more than helpful."

"Tom was very welcoming and hospitable, even the dog liked him. The accommodation was in the centre of the town so it was easy to walk to the bar next door or the fish and chip shop. A continental breakfast is included, croissants, toast, cereal and an abundance of teas or coffee. We had a very long and busy day the next day otherwise we would have stayed and enjoyed them. The bedroom is well equipped with teas, coffees and hairdryer. Very comfy bed I might add."

My experience with the hotel was very good but my experience with hotels.com not good at all. I booked a pay on arrival at the hotel but 3 days beforehand the fee was taken from my bank account to pay a hotel with the same name, but 250 miles away. This led to my bank account being blocked and me being stranded away on holiday without access to my funds. The hotel are trying to help in this but it us the booking company at fault - and so far they have done absolutely nothing to help!"
