🏢 This cosy flat offers you several furnished spaces:
- An entrance with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine) and a small living room area,
- 3 bedrooms,
- A shower room with Italian shower,
- A separate toilet.
The flat has an individual gas boiler, providing heating and hot water
🛌 The accommodation has three sleeping areas:
- 2 bedrooms with 120 cm beds and storage space
- One bedroom with trundle beds providing 2 x 90 cm beds
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as storage cupboards, bed linen and towels on arrival.

This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. On the Cours Berriat: many restaurants, snack bars and all types of shops, really everything accessible on foot!!!
The historic city centre with its pedestrian streets, numerous shops, bars and restaurants is a 10-minute walk away.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.
🚌 Getting around:
Trams A & B: St Bruno, Alsace Lorraine and Gare station 5 min walk away.
The train station is 5 minutes away.
🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.
