「This stay was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. No noise in the hallway at night at all. Alex who checked us in and out couldn’t have been more helpful. The spa was lovely and clean and made us feel extremely relaxed. We will be back again 😊」

「I don’t have a bad word to say about the New Continental hotel. From the Welcome to the departure. The rooms are lovely and the staff friendly .. the food at Steve’s Brasserie is fabulous. We stay here every time we visit Plymouth」

「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」

「Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast.
We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful.
We have booked for our next trip already 😊」
