「It was a confusing and slightly process to not receive any of the booking logistics from Expedia, but had to log into a different 3rd party app and was frustrated to be required to pay an additional deposit to a 3rd party or not be able to access any check-in information. While the apartment was clean, it had limited comfort amenities. There were no additional blankets or bedding, which would have been nice after a chilly night out. There was also only 1 roll of toilet paper in the whole...

「Excellent apartment and experience: clean, well-stocked, comfortable, bright with lots of windows, good internet, quick response to questions. Kitchen was easy to cook in, and the shower set up was convenient (1 room with toilet, separate room with shower). Stay was as expected, just do note that you occasionally hear footsteps, etc. from upstairs (this was clearly 3 planned in the description). If we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here! 」
