“Pool had dirt and it never got cleaned, whatever was spilled in elevator never washed up no microwaves in the room. I’ve never had a bathroom where you had to go to the hallway to wash your hands and brush your teeth. I asked for a room a handicap room, but because I booked it through Expedia, she says that because it was the third party that they could not give us the handicap room had to pay your extra, of course to check in early, which is fine, but overall as the day went on the front……

“I did not seen food any of the three mornings I woke up there. There was a plastic container with slices of bread though and a toaster.
There is no pool on this property. There are no available personal items in the bathroom but there are dispensers with liquid soaps in them for the shower and for the sink, we ran out of toilet paper before we left.”
