He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners."

"Upon our arrival, the apartment was quite clean and in great condition. It is on the top floor, so it has some ‘angles’, but is bright, open and spacious. Our family of four were quite comfortable in the apartment for our nine day stay. "It's billed as four-star by French agencies, and while the restaurant is nice, and the food good, the rooms are three-star except for the beds, which are admittedly excellent and 5-star quality. Careful when choosing the side of the hotel for the room; "garden" looks over the pool and restaurant and can be noisy. Very nice staff."
