“It seems that there have been some recent upgrades to the rooms. There are a few things that would really bother me if it were my house, but since I don’t have to deal with the consequences, those details didn’t impact my comfort at all. And, when we checked in and I realized my mother would never be able to get onto the beds, the immediately offered a couple of options which had us settled in 10 minutes or so. Great service!
