Frequent this hotel often due to mysled living in Macon and Love living in Griffin. Very clean, quiet. Awesome feont deak staff, very accomadating. Only xomplaint I have was this past weekend was my birthday and we asked for late checkout at noon. Ten til noon housekeeping was knocking at door, and literally blocked the area outside door so i had to go around them to take things to the car. Im grateful staff did not charge me for the late checkout or I would have been a bit upset. Regardless, definitely will be back!!

The overall stay was fine. However, the room itself was outdated and smelled like mold. The ceiling in our room was molding and it seemed like they took spray paint can and graffitied the ceiling to hide the mold. Nothing terribly wrong but I probably wouldn’t book here again.

This property is right on a hwy so very noisy, the walls are very thin so you could hear the people next door. Our room did not get serviced on Saturday even though I spoke to the manager face to face. When the room did get serviced it was bare minimum, made the bed with clean towels no extras (coffee, cups, shampoo etc). Breakfast was adequate however had to ask for milk for cereal both mornings and garbage overflowing. Definitely a 3 star motel!

Got there to check in at 2, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Waited 30 more minutes to the room still not being ready. Changed to a new room only to go in the room and see it filthy, crusty stuff and stains all over the sheets, looked like throw up on the walls, no towels, mirror filthy. Manger was nice and refunded us. Hospitality was good, but me and my wife were terrified to even be in the room

We stayed in room 131 and it was terrible. There were stains all over the sheets and towels. The sink did not work and would constantly flood. The bathroom had graffiti drawings behind the door and the bathroom was filled with black mold. This was a terrible hotel and I regret paying for it. I let the management know that my sink was flooding and wouldn’t drain and all they said was that they would let house keeping know. I will not stay here again.

Dirty smoky rooms, tried two different rooms with the same result. Couldnt be in the rooms for 30 seconds it was so bad. Management refuses to give a refund for a room we didnt even stay in. Terrible place would give a 0 star if possible

I booked a suites and The sheets on both beds were nasty and turn inside out with yellow stains. The pillowcases was nasty also. Cover had cigarette burns in it. The let-out bed was very nasty with dark brown stains everywhere also with no sheets at all. The staff isn’t friendly at all. My babies enjoyed the breakfast.

When we first arrived the room we were originally given was wide open, there were people around the room and it gave me and my husband a weird feeling. We requested a new room, the new room had a smell to it but i bought room spray so i got over it. The bathtub did not have a stopper, we requested one, the one the front desk gave us had sludge and black grime all in it so I ended up shoving a wash cloth in the drain to stop it. At 3 am a couple guest 2 or three rooms down decided to start partying and blasting music for 30 minutes before after calling and asking front desk for help before they finally stopped. All in all I wouldnt pay what we paid to stay here again.

Room had all of the amenities I needed. Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator & hairdryer. I could control the room temperature easily too. Towels were changed every day and food buffet was good.

Nice facility. Breakfast was good. The room doors are on the exterior of the building and you park your car outside your door. Someone set off a car alarm at 6 in the morning that woke us up. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault but just wanted to mention it in case travelers don’t like their doors on the exterior of the building. Television was very slow to warm up in our room. After it warmed up it worked well. We would stay here again.

Poor customer service
The first room they gave me smelled like super heavy cigarette smoke even though all the rooms are non-smoking. So I asked to be switched to a different room which they accommodated. I originally booked 2 nights and then I had an unexpected family emergency so I had to check out a day early. I had prepaid the 2 nights in advance but they would not reimburse me for the canceled night nor would they give me a voucher to be used another time. Hotels.com tried their best to reason with the management so I could be reimbursed but the hotel manager would not accommodate due to the lack of empathy for the family emergency that I had.
