「The Blue Bird House was perfect for our brief stopover near Indiana Dunes to visit with friends. Communication was excellent! Check in and check out was easy-peasy! Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Fenced yard was great for giving our dog a little room to stretch. Bunkbeds were perfect for our teens. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I would definitely stay here again when we're back in the area.」

「We had a great stay at the Funky Turtle. The house was clean and just enough space for my family of 5. The house is close to campground bathrooms if the occasional extra bathroom is needed. 「Enjoyed three nights at this property to hike the dunes. Location was good, towards the West side of the park but an easy drive to multiple hikes. Also had the option to walk directly from the house for the Miller Woods trail and Miller Woods Beach. Backyard was great for relaxing after a day of hiking. 「We stayed here a couple nights as part of a long road trip. Our kids enjoyed the sand volleyball, playground and mini golf ($2). We enjoyed the great weather, grilling by the water and convenience of a kitchen! In addition to the provided bathroom, there are multiple nearby camp style bath houses that are clean. The camper itself is older but maintained; there are pots & pans, plates etc.」
